Need help Forgot my pin

Does anyone know the number to call to get the master key so i can go online because i forgot the pin to go online with so if anyone can help me out give me idea of what i have to do that would be great I found out thanks to anyone who helps me

Yep i got the main website and got my connection working now i just have finish update whats takeing a bit
